In 2004 I wanted to start a special program for my mortgage clients that would be a real treat for them.  I knew that some of my counterparts in other areas of the country had used cookies.  The clients liked them and often provided referrals back to their lender.  I talked to a couple of companies about this but no one understood what I wanted.  Luckily I saw a yellow page listing for City-Sweets.  I was not familiar with them but decided to give them a call. This is how I met Dee and Jack Hayman.  As we talked, I realized that they weren't a cookie company, they were a marketing company who made great cookies and chocolates and candies and gourmet nuts and, and, and.....well they helped me design a special package for my clients with the best gourmet cookies I have ever eaten!  I have them put my name on every cookie and deliver them right to my client’s place of work.  Sweet!  I haven't had a client yet who hasn't said, it's the best cookie they have ever eaten!  City-Sweets is now a regular part of my business as a mortgage lender.
